01 What we collect
We only collect what we need to quote for and carry out work. That is normally:
- Contact details — your name, company name, email address and telephone number.
- Property details — the address of the property, its floor plan, the number and type of rooms, photographs, and anything else you send us so we can price the job.
- Correspondence — emails, messages and notes of calls about a quote or a job.
- Job records — quotes, invoices and before-and-after photographs of work we have carried out.
We do not ask for, and would rather you did not send us, special category information such as health details. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18.
02 Why we use it, and our lawful basis

03 Photographs of properties
We photograph properties before and after we work on them, and we use those photographs on this website, in our pitch materials and on social media, alongside the address and what the job cost.
If you would prefer a property you instructed us on not to be shown, tell us and we will not use it — and if it is already published, we will take it down. Just email us.
04 Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We do share it where we have to in order to do the work:
- Our decorating teams and contractors, who need the property address and access arrangements.
- Local suppliers — carpet fitters, cleaners and staging companies — where you have asked us to arrange that work. They quote and invoice you directly, and they are responsible for their own use of your details.
- Our professional advisers, such as our accountant and insurer.
- Service providers who host this website and run our email.
- Anyone we are legally required to share it with, such as HMRC or a court.
Where a provider stores information outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards permitted by UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.
05 How long we keep it
- Enquiries that did not become jobs — up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Job records, quotes and invoices — six years after the end of the tax year they relate to, which is what HMRC requires.
- Before-and-after photographs — kept while we use them as examples, and deleted on request.
06 Cookies and this website
This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics. The only outside resource it loads is a web font from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address in order to serve it.
07 Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to: give you a copy of the information we hold about you; correct it if it is wrong; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; or send it to someone else in a portable format. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you can object at any time.

08 Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
09 Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top. This policy was last updated on 29 September 2026.
